The dreaded 3 corner clay repair: don’t despair! Just be really. Really. Patient.
The drywall tape started lifting and the client found it unacceptable. Problem is, the drywall work is under sub-par and it’s cracking all over the house–and that’s with paint, not clay.
My repair ISNT going to crack, but there’s a good chance that the tape lift will continue over time beyond the edges of my repair. Client has had the full disclosure speech and they said do it anyway.
It actually turned out better than I thought. What do you think?
